Upload Documents

It is a best practice to attach a copy of the contract to it's related contract entry in Cimpl to access it when required.

  1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Contract Management.
  2. Click on the contract record to which you'd like to attach a document.
  3. Select the Documents tab at the top of the page.
  4. Click Choose File. Your computer's File Explorer opens.
  5. Select a document to attach.
  6. Click Open. The file appears in the file list box.
  7. Click Apply and it is attached to your contract.

All attachments is listed to the right of the File Uploader and can be downloaded by clicking the Download All at the bottom of the list.
